– DESIGN, SUPPLY & DELIVER –

Creating your dream interior can seem like a daunting and stressful task.
Here at Orenda, we are able to offer you a complete design service; from concept to creation.

Our aim is to make the process as smooth as possible, which is why our in-house design team
can guide you from start to finish. We can do as much or as little as you like, be it some
simple help with fabric and finishes or a complete design scheme.

– THE DESIGN PROCESS –

Our process below gives you an idea of how we approach the design process, however we understand that every project is different.
Whilst some may require a full room design, others may just need a little guidance here and there.
Whatever the extent of your project, our experienced team of Designers are here to help.

CONSULTATION

Meet our designers in store at one of our showrooms for a free consultation. This is where we will get an understanding of requirements, tastes, budget and what you’re trying to achieve.

We can also offer consultations via phone call, video call or email, for clients who are unable to visit us in person.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our designers will get to work on developing a scheme ready for presentation. Depending on the project requirements, this may include:

Mood boards
Floor plans with suggested furniture layouts
Product boards
Fabric and finishes proposals

If necessary, one of our designers can visit your home to discuss your project requirements further and take measurements should floor plans be unavailable.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

At this stage we will start to confirm the design with you, using 2D & 3D drawings to help you visualise the space. If required, we can send you samples of your chosen/proposed fabrics and a copy of the project presentation for your reference.

Depending on the scope of your space, we are able to produce further detailed drawings, such as lighting plans and product specifications.

SIGN OFF & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As soon as you’re happy with the design, we can sign-off and get production underway once a 50% deposit has been paid.

If you would prefer to hand over the reigns to us, we can take care of all works for your project. Our dedicated project manager will take care of all trades work and report back to you on a regular basis with prices and completion dates.
